PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth is a unique cloth constructed from base material of high temperature & corrosion resistance Fiberglass Fabric suitably treated on single or both sides with a specially oriented polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).   It offers excellent features such as electrical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-adhesiveness, low coefficient of friction & high tensile strength. The fabric treated with superior grade virgin PTFE is suitable for food contact as well. The finished product can be easily cleaned and can be reused again.
  PTFE fabric Characteristic :  1. It can be used under the temperature of -70~+260°C, which has the capability of weather resistant and age resistant.
2. Hardly to adhere any material. It is easy to wash away the blot or other dust such as resin, coating materials,etc.
3. Chemical corrosion resistant, it could resist acid,alkali,and various kinds of organic liquid corrosion.
4. Low ratio of friction(0.05~0.1), it is the best choice of non-oil lubricator.
5. Fireroof and flame resistance.   PTFE fabric Application It is commonly used for release tape on heat sealing bars & wires, heat platens, heat curtains, shrink wrap machines, blister & vacuum packs, release agents in moulds & as Expansion Joint fabric in ducting & pipeline as found in industries of petroleum, chemical plants, cement, iron & steel etc.       1.
